From Glencadam's historic dunnage warehouses, he has carefully selected single malt matured in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks. The single malt in these casks has been expertly married then finished in hand selected White Port barriques sourced from Portugal.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Tangy strawberries and stone fruits bounde with Chantilly cream, buttery malt and citrus oils. 

Palate: Sweet layers of summer berries and baked apple mingled with golden raisins, raspberry jam and brandy snap biscuits.  

Finish: White pepper and custard tarts fading into a cinder toffee and sandalwood linger.
