Refund policy

Whiskery will do everything possible to ensure you get your delivery on time. However, we will not be liable for any delays in the delivery service caused by reasons beyond our control.

There will be no refund/return/exchange after an order has been made, unless it is an error caused from our side.

Should there be any disputes, kindly email us at enquiries@whiskery.com.my or via the listed options from our ‘Contact Us’ page within 72 hours from the time and date of delivery acceptance.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
