Ruadh Maor is a name that has begun cropping up with an increasing frequency of late.  It's the name given to peated single malt whisky from the Glenturret Distillery, home to the Famous Grouse whisky and legendary distillery cat, 'Towser the Mouser’!

Towser holds the Guinness World Book of Records for killing the most mice (kill-count: 28,889!) with a statue still standing today at the Glenturret Distillery!

This Carn Mor Strictly Limited Ruadh Maor (Glenturret) 2012 is an 8-year-old from the 2012 vintage, bottled from refill sherry hogsheads at 47.5% with great reviews and tastes of charred oak, smoked barley with vibrant pink peppercorns on the finish.

There are only 2,243 bottles produced.
